Support Ticket System

Track support incidents or manage a paid for service - we have the solution! This application can be used to communicate and track responses between you and the user. It's useful for support, consulting, or any communication you want to be private and recorded between two people.

To demonstrate we'll show you a few images. You start with a form that the user can fill out with a question or answer questions that you need answered. They then get an automated email (customizable text) that gives them a case number and a link.

Page that displays the response to your form and user feedback. (opens a new window). Notice the Post Reply button on the top right.

Moderator Panel - notice that you can set and change the moderator, consultant, tech person etc. You can add or delete a moderator or close a case. You have total management control.

Once a user gets to their page they can reply and add a URL or attach a file.

Each time a post is made, both users get an automated email (customizable).
